1. Modifications to Privacy Policy
HighwayToFame.com reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, modify the Privacy Policy. Such modifications are effective upon posting. You should, therefore, periodically review the Privacy Policy to ensure you have read the most recent version. You agree to be bound by any modifications to the Privacy Policy. In particular, your continued use of the Site following the posting of any updates or modifications to the Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you object to any provision of the Privacy Policy or any subsequent modifications to the Privacy Policy, your exclusive recourse is to immediately terminate use of the Site.

2. Modifications to Personally Identifiable Information
If you need to modify or correct any of your personal information in your account profile (such as an updated address), you may log into your account and make such changes in the manner provided in the screen directions. If your account is terminated for any reason in accordance with the HighwayToFame.com TOU, then HighwayToFame.com may retain your personal information.

3. Information Collection and Usage

1. You can visit and access certain materials on the Site without providing HighwayToFame.com with any personally identifiable information. In other words, you can visit and access certain Site materials anonymously. However, for certain activities on the Site, such as creating an account and registering as a participant to post User Content to the Site, HighwayToFame.com may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information, such as your name, your email address, a password, your city and state of residence, your telephone number, and other like information. In other words, when you opt to partake in certain activities on the Site, you will no longer remain anonymous.

In addition, HighwayToFame.com will not provide, rent, trade, or sell your personally identifiable information to any third party company or like entity, except as described in the "Information Disclosure" section below, part "D."

5. HighwayToFame.com may collect and store aggregate data about its user base. For example, and without limitation, HighwayToFame.com may log the total number of visitors to the Site or any part or page thereof, dates and times of accessing of the Site, Internet protocol (aka "IP") addresses of computers, operating system specifics, and browser software types. 5. Children's Policy
HighwayToFame.com is not intended for the use of children under the age of 13 and does not aim to attract children under 13 to the Site. HighwayToFame.com does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. In fact, HighwayToFame.com requires users to acknowledge and agree that they are 18 years-old or older.
